Senior Candidates, welcome to Monroe & Chase

Given that you’re an experienced candidate, we’re going to assume that you know how this works – we recruit for key companies that take on media sales staff and the fact that you’re visiting our site presumably indicates that you enjoy your current role but that you fancy a change of scenery… or just more money.

Don’t worry, we all feel like that every so often. But you can rest assured that all applications are treated in the strictest of confidence. Often it’s a sudden impulse to find out your market worth, and sometimes it’s because you’re bored, overworked or underpaid. Either way, we should be able to help you make your next move to progress your career.

At Monroe & Chase we will always meet you and brief you fully on our roles. And we will always talk to you about when and where we want to put you forward. We believe passionately in what we do, and as recruitment consultants we feel we should always be open and contactable for any questions, queries and problems you may need us to answer. We have a strong focus on communication and we will expect you to have the same. Media sales is a people industry and we think regular open communication is the key to finding you the right position at the right company.

The same goes for our clients. With such an arrangement we can often get immediate feedback from any interviews you attend.

Have a look through the jobs we have online and register with us for an informal discussion about your future over the phone. Then we’ll get you in for a meeting in our Central London office to go through suitable job roles in detail.

We will do our best to try and arrange interviews at times that are good for you, even early mornings or late nights if necessary.
